Dr. John P. Kostuik
Chief Medical Officer (Co-Founder)
John P. Kostuik, MD is the Chief Medical Officer and Co-Founder of K2M. Dr. Kostuik was previously the Chief of Spine Surgery at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He also served as President of the Scoliosis Research Society and the North American Spine Society in which he was an original member/organizer. Dr. Kostuik is recognized as one of the world's leading teachers and authorities on spine surgery. He has authored numerous papers ranging from the basic sciences of spinal pathologies to analysis and comparisons of advanced spinal technologies and patient treatments. Dr. Kostuik has been the keynote speaker at almost every major spine society in the world and has trained over 150 international spine fellows of which an estimated 145 are in active practice.

Mr. Eric Major
President, CEO (Co-Founder)
Eric Major is the President, CEO and Co-Founder of K2M, Inc., a fast growing global medical device company focused on developing innovative surgical solutions for the most complex spinal pathologies. Mr. Major was previously the President and CEO of American OsteoMedix, Inc., a minimally invasive spinal device company that was acquired by Interpore International in 2001. Mr. Major served as President of the Minimally Invasive Division of Interpore International until 2002.
Mr. Major has 15 years of experience in the spine industry. Prior to founding American OsteoMedix he served in several sales/marketing, strategic and product development capacities with various spinal companies including Acromed Spine (now a Johnson & Johnson company) and Synthes Spine, Inc. Mr. Major holds a B.S. degree from James Madison University.

Mr. Greg Baumhover
VP, US Sales
Greg Baumhover is the Company’s Vice President, Domestic Sales. Mr. Baumhover has gained extensive sales and management experience within the healthcare industry since 1994. Prior to K2M, he worked in medical devices with Osbon Medical Sytems, Vivus, SpineTech, Kyphon, and Interpore Cross. Mr. Baumhover holds a B.A. degree from the University of Northern Iowa.

Mr. Bill Cerullo
VP, Surgeon Relations
Bill Cerullo is the Company's Vice President of Surgeon Relations. His most recent position was Vice President of Motion Preservation with Stryker, Inc. for seven years. Previously, Mr. Cerullo served as President of SpineCore, Inc., Vice President of Sales with Synthes, Inc., Regional Manager with SciMed Life Systems, Vice President of Sales with BioAnalogics, Inc. and Regional Sales Manager with Johnson & Johnson, Ethicon Division. Mr. Cerullo holds a Bachelor of Administration in Business from Upsala College in New Jersey.

Mr. Gregory Cole
Chief Financial Officer
Gregory S. Cole is the Company's Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Cole has over 18 years of financial and management experience with public and private companies, primarily in the technology and healthcare areas. He previously acted as EVP, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Simplexity, LLC – the largest domestic online wireless products retailer with annual sales of $300 Million. He also served as Vice President and Treasurer of XM Satellite Radio Holdings, Inc. and as a financial manager and member of the privatization team at USEC, Inc. Mr. Cole began his career as a CPA with Coopers and Lybrand's Healthcare unit. Greg has a BBA in Accounting from James Madison University in Virginia and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Maryland.

Mr. Tom Delaney
International General Manager, Special Projects
Tom Delaney is the Company's International General Manager, Special Projects. Mr. Delaney is a CPA and has over twenty five years of financial and management experience with public and private healthcare and technology companies. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of K2M and as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of GloboMax, LLC, a Contract Research Organization and maintained overall management of financial, administrative, project management and quality assurance. He also acted as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cellco, Inc., a venture capital backed medical device company. Mr. Delaney has experience as Chief Financial Officer of ProScience, Inc., an animal diagnostic company and Media Cybernetics, a software imaging company both of which were venture capital backed. He also directed the IPO of PHP Healthcare, Inc., a healthcare provider.

Mr. Larry Found
SVP, Human Resources
Larry W. Found is the Company's Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Mr. Found has over 20 years experience in the medical device industry. Prior to K2M, he served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for AGA Medical from 2008 to 2011. Mr. Found served from 2003 to 2008 as Vice President of Human Resources International for St. Jude Medical, Inc. From 1991 to 2003, he was employed by Medtronic, Inc. as the Vice President of Human Resources for two different operating divisions between 1995 and 2003 and Director of Human Resources for Canada/Latin America between 1991 and 1994. Prior to joining Medtronic, Mr. Found served as the Director of Human Resources for Cooper Canada and Moore Business Forms and Systems. He is a graduate of the Canadian Military Staff College System and the Officer Professional Development Program. Mr. Found was a Commissioned Officer (Captain) serving in the Canadian Army between 1974 and 1983 in various line and staff positions, including Canadian commitments to the UN and NATO.

Mr. Gianluca Iasci
SVP, International Sales
Gianluca Iasci is the Company’s Senior Vice President of International Sales. Prior to joining K2M, Mr. Iasci served as Senior Vice President of Europe, Middle East, and Africa at AGA Medical. He has over 20 years experience in the medical device industry, spending 12 years with Johnson & Johnson in various Italian and European Sales and Marketing positions, four years at Guidant (since acquired by Boston Scientific) as Managing Director of Italy, and four years at St. Jude Medical in both national and international positions.

Mr. Dave MacDonald
SVP, Operations
Dave MacDonald is the Company's Senior Vice President of Operations. He has more than 30 years of management experience at medical device and technology companies. Prior to joining K2M in 2004, Mr. MacDonald was Vice President of Gould Optronics, Inc., a subsidiary of Japan Energy Corporation, where he had total P&L responsibility. He was also the Director of Operations/Administration for various divisions at both Kirschner Medical Corporation and Biomet. Mr. MacDonald holds a BS degree from James Madison University and an MA in Management from The College of Notre Dame of Maryland.

Mr. Lane Major
SVP, Global Marketing & Product Development
Lane Major is the Company's Senior Vice President of Global Marketing and Product Development. Mr. Major was formerly a spinal sales specialist for Stryker Spine. He holds a dual B.B.A in Marketing and Computer Information Systems.

SVP, General Counsel & Secretary
Luke Miller is the Company's Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary. Mr. Miller also serves as the Company's Compliance Officer and oversees the K2M Compliance Program. Mr. Miller holds a B.S. from James Madison University in Health Care Administration and a J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law.

Mr. Don O’Hearn
SVP, Sales - Americas
Don O’Hearn is the Company’s Senior Vice President of Sales in the Americas. His career includes over 18 years of sales experience in the US, Canada, and Latin America. Mr. O’Hearn’s most recent position was SVP of the Americas for AGA Medical, part of St. Jude Medical. Previously, he held several positions with Medtronic USA in the Cardiac Rhythm Disease Management group, including VP of US Sales Operation & Field Education, VP of US Sales Strategies, District Manager, and Director of Product Planning. Mr. O’Hearn holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business with a concentration in Finance and Marketing, a Master of Science in Biochemistry and Biophysics from Yale University, and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from the University of Wisconsin. -
Mr. Mike Parkman
VP, Complex Spine Unit
Mike Parkman is the Company's Vice President of the Complex Spine Unit. Mr. Parkman has over 20 years of sales and management experience within the healthcare industry. His expertise in pharmaceuticals, cardiovascular devices, and spinal devices comes from his extensive background at UAD Laboratories, W. L. Gore & Associates, Thoratec, CarboMedics, and DePuy Spine. Mr. Parkman holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Mississippi State University.

Ms. Vicki Phillos
VP, Customer Care
Vicki Phillos serves as the Company's Vice President of Customer Care. She joined K2M in 2005 from United States Pharmacopeial Convention where she was Manager, Customer Service. Ms. Phillos previously was the Customer Service Manager at Dynal Biotech and from 1988- 2000 served in a variety of Customer Service roles for American Type Culture Collection. She earned her B.S. in Biology from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Mark Richardson is the Company's Vice President of Finance. Mr. Richardson was formerly Controller for Gould Optronics. He also held senior accounting positions with a number of companies in the medical industry including various corporate and divisional financial positions with Kirshner Medical Corporation.

Mr. Andrew Rock
SVP, Global Strategic Development & Acquisitions
Andrew Rock is the Company's Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Development and Acquisitions. Mr. Rock was formerly Vice President of Sales at AOM, where he established a domestic sales organization of independent agents comprised of more than 200 outside sales professionals. His expertise in distribution and product development has been recognized by a number of spinal companies and he has served as a consultant, trainer and speaker for Sofamor Danek, Stryker, Interpore Cross, Osteotech and NuVasive. From 1993 through 2003 he was the founder and owner of Rock Surgical Associates an agency representing manufacturers of spinal products for the Mid-Atlantic region.

Mr. John Ulmer
VP, National Accounts & Pricing
John Ulmer is the Company's Vice President of National Accounts and Pricing. Mr. Ulmer was formerly Vice President of Sales, Minimally Invasive Division, of Interpore International. He was also Western Director of Sales for Sulzer SpineTech, and has held numerous executive management positions with Ethicon, Inc., Karl Storz Endoscopy and Imagyn Medical Technologies. Mr. Ulmer holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Public Relations from the University of Southern California.

Mr. Richard Woods
SVP, Global Research, Development, & Engineering
Richard Woods serves as Senior Vice President of Global Research, Development, and Engineering. Mr. Woods was formerly Vice President of Engineering at AOM From 1995 until 2004 he was Founder and President of MedCon LLC, a medical device consulting firm. From 1986 until 1995, he was Vice President of Technical Operations at Kirschner Medical Corporation. Mr. Woods has been responsible for the development of many successful medical products from initial concept through to commercialization.
