K2M, Inc. is an innovative spinal device company committed to the research, development, and commercialization of simplified solutions for the treatment of complex spinal pathologies and procedures. K2M's focus on Complex Spine Innovations™ has resulted in a full portfolio of products to address all spinal pathologies, including degenerative, deformity, trauma, and tumor.
