Eric Major

Mr. Eric Major

President, CEO (Co-Founder)

Eric Major is the President, CEO and Co-Founder of K2M, Inc., a fast growing global medical device company focused on developing innovative surgical solutions for the most complex spinal pathologies. Mr. Major was previously a founder and the President and CEO of American OsteoMedix, Inc., a minimally invasive spinal device company that was acquired by Interpore International in 2001. Mr. Major served as President of the Minimally Invasive Division of Interpore International until 2002.

Mr. Major has nearly 20 years of experience in the spine industry. Prior to founding American OsteoMedix he served in several sales/marketing, strategic and product development capacities with various spinal companies including Acromed Spine (now a Johnson & Johnson company) and Synthes Spine, Inc. Mr. Major holds a B.S. degree from James Madison University.

Greg Cole

Mr. Gregory Cole

Chief Financial Officer

Gregory S. Cole is the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Cole has over 18 years of financial and management experience with public and private companies, primarily in the technology and healthcare areas. He previously acted as EVP, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Simplexity, LLC – the largest domestic online wireless products retailer with annual sales of $300 Million. He also served as Vice President and Treasurer of XM Satellite Radio Holdings, Inc. and as a financial manager and member of the privatization team at USEC, Inc. Mr. Cole began his career as a CPA with Coopers and Lybrand’s Healthcare unit. Greg has a BBA in Accounting from James Madison University in Virginia and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Maryland.

John Kostuik

Dr. John P. Kostuik

Chief Medical Officer (Co-Founder)

John P. Kostuik, MD is the Chief Medical Officer and Co-Founder of K2M. Dr. Kostuik was previously the Chief of Spine Surgery at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He also served as President of the Scoliosis Research Society and the North American Spine Society in which he was an original member/organizer. Dr. Kostuik is recognized as one of the world’s leading teachers and authorities on spine surgery. He has authored numerous papers ranging from the basic sciences of spinal pathologies to analysis and comparisons of advanced spinal technologies and patient treatments. Dr. Kostuik has been the keynote speaker at almost every major spine society in the world and has trained over 150 international spine fellows of which an estimated 145 are in active practice.

Larry Found

Mr. Larry Found

SVP, Human Resources

Larry W. Found is the Company’s Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Mr. Found has over 20 years experience in the medical device industry. Prior to K2M, he served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for AGA Medical from 2008 to 2011. Mr. Found served from 2003 to 2008 as Vice President of Human Resources International for St. Jude Medical, Inc. From 1991 to 2003, he was employed by Medtronic, Inc. as the Vice President of Human Resources for two different operating divisions between 1995 and 2003 and Director of Human Resources for Canada/Latin America between 1991 and 1994. Prior to joining Medtronic, Mr. Found served as the Director of Human Resources for Cooper Canada and Moore Business Forms and Systems. He is a graduate of the Canadian Military Staff College System and the Officer Professional Development Program. Mr. Found was a Commissioned Officer (Captain) serving in the Canadian Army between 1974 and 1983 in various line and staff positions, including Canadian commitments to the UN and NATO.

Gianluca Iasci

Mr. Gianluca Iasci

EVP, Global Sales

Gianluca Iasci is the Company’s Executive Vice President of Global Sales. Prior to joining K2M, Mr. Iasci served as Senior Vice President of Europe, Middle East, and Africa at AGA Medical. He has over 20 years experience in the medical device industry, spending 12 years with Johnson & Johnson in various Italian and European Sales and Marketing positions, four years at Guidant (since acquired by Boston Scientific) as Managing Director of Italy, and four years at St. Jude Medical in both national and international positions.

Dave MacDonald

Mr. Dave MacDonald

SVP, Operations

Dave MacDonald is the Company’s Senior Vice President of Operations. He has more than 30 years of management experience at medical device and technology companies. Prior to joining K2M in 2004, Mr. MacDonald was Vice President of Gould Optronics, Inc., a subsidiary of Japan Energy Corporation, where he had total P&L responsibility. He was also the Director of Operations/Administration for various divisions at both Kirschner Medical Corporation and Biomet. Mr. MacDonald holds a BS degree from James Madison University and an MA in Management from The College of Notre Dame of Maryland.

Lane Major

SVP, Global Marketing & Product Development

Lane Major is the Company’s Senior Vice President of Global Marketing and Product Development. Mr. Major was formerly a spinal sales specialist for Stryker Spine. He holds a dual B.B.A in Marketing and Computer Information Systems.

Luke Miller

Mr. Luke Miller

SVP, General Counsel & Secretary

Luke Miller is the Company’s Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary. Mr. Miller also serves as the Company’s Chief Compliance Officer and oversees the K2M COMPASS Program (K2M’s Compliance Program). Mr. Miller holds a B.S. from James Madison University in Health Care Administration and a J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law.

Rich Woods

Mr. Richard Woods

SVP, Global Research, Development, & Engineering

Richard Woods serves as Senior Vice President of Global Research, Development, and Engineering. Mr. Woods was formerly Vice President of Engineering at AOM From 1995 until 2004 he was Founder and President of MedCon LLC, a medical device consulting firm. From 1986 until 1995, he was Vice President of Technical Operations at Kirschner Medical Corporation. Mr. Woods has been responsible for the development of many successful medical products from initial concept through to commercialization.
